• 1 way KT Bus Terminal / Airport - Merang Jetty at RM10 /pax /way.

• Land transfer from / to Berjaya Airport to / from Kampung Jetty, payable directly to driver at RM25.00 /car /way.

• Boat transfer from / to Shah Bandar Jetty to / from Resort at RM55.00 /adult /way and RM30.00 /child /way.

• Check-in time : 12:00pm

• Check-out time : 09:00am

• Return Speed Boat / Ferry Transfer : RM110.00 /adult & RM55.00 /child.

• Return Airport / Bus Station transfer : RM30.00 /adult & RM20.00 /child.

• NO REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT UTILISED.

• We accepts no liability for any losses, injury, illness, accident, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.

• Any late arrival or special request for the Land & Boat transfers, other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge.

• We reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to sea and weather condition.

• Marine Park Conservation Fees is RM5.00 /adult & RM2.50 /child.

• Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.

• Room is subject to room availability and rates are in NETT inclusive of all taxes.

• We reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

• The Resort is closed from November till February every years (For maintenance & renovation purpose).

• The Resort, reserves the right to alter the itinerary and package price, substitute a vehicle, or cancel the tour due to operational conditions.

• We accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for any loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participants willingly took.

• All members taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk.

Pulau Redang Island can be reached within 30 minutes by speed boat from Merang Jetty, 30 minutes by road North of Kuala Terengganu.  Alternatively, you may also take a boat ride from the Shah Bandar Jetty in Kuala Terengganu.
